Profile

Ciao! I'm Subhash

I'm an Software Developer from India, now living in TamilNadu.

I like adventures, running, music and food, but most of all I really enjoy design: UX/UI, branding and graphical experiments (coupled with the photos I personally take).

After graduating in Design and Communication at Politecnico di Torino, I've worked primarily in fast-paced startup environments for a year.

I learned how to come up with new ideas fast, iterating and testing them.

In August, I will begin a Master's in Interactive Media Technology at KTH to further develop my knowledge and skills.

When reflecting on what design means to me, I see it as the ability to turn a problem into a solution, an idea into something tangible. It's a process driven by curiosity, research, empathy, and creativity. Design is a way to create impact, support people, and bring new ideas to help society evolve. I'm constantly learning, experimenting with new tools, and seeking meaningful ways to shape better experiences.

Sara is a 27-year-old Master's student at the Stockholm School of Economics. She lives alone in Stockholm and is looking for working and studying abroad to gain international experience.

My role

As the lead designer on scholaro, I was responsible for driving the entire project from concept to execution. Working as a freelancer, I guided the team through the development of the web app's User Experience and User Interface, while also defining the foundations of the brand through initial branding guidelines. The first phase of the process focused on discovery. I conducted research to understand the target audience's needs and mapped the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and gaps. Building on these insights, I structured the design process into two parallel tracks: establishing a clear and consistent brand identity, and designing the product's User Experience and Interface.
